Okay, so there are so many awesome folks doing awesome things in so many areas of sustainable agriculture…
In just a short time we’ve been lucky enough to get to know but a few – and very much look forward to meeting many more! But, since caffeine runs in our blood (literally), we are really (and I mean really) happy to have the good fortune of getting to know the good people at Fresh Life Foods, HQ’d at The Life House, in none other than good ‘ol Rockwall Texas.
These guys are masterfully roasting organic beans and supporting positive trade and working environments throughout the world. And frankly, they just get it (the way we should not only be living a healthier lifestyle, but also standing shoulder-to-shoulder in our communities both locally and beyond).
Bonus – the coffee is phenomenal (and we’ve tried A LOT of coffee)!
The best part of it all right now though is – these guys were cool enough to let us carry their stuff and offer it to our CSA members…
We’ll have the freshest, best, seasonal organic beans available during each season’s CSA with special pricing for our members. Both leaded and un-leaded are available, in pound or half-pound packages (whole bean or ground), so if caffeine happens to run in your blood too just give us a shout! We can talk about what your tastes in coffee are and, with the help of FLF, get you just the right organic varietal and roast.
BTW – If you’re part of our membership in Rockwall we ask that you stop by The Life House, meet the folks there, and buy direct in the oh-so-comfy surroundings… It’s a great place to relax, chat with friends old and new, and, if you got game, get your disc golf on!
