Alrighty then. It’s been how long since the we updated our website?
And it’s June already?? Whoa…
Not a good showing on our part for sure in the blogosphere. But, we’re here and hoping all y’all are enjoying the produce of the CSA season thus far! It’s certainly been an interesting spring weather-wise (and yes, there have certainly been a LOT of greens) but, summer seems to be just around the corner and all the tastes that come with it are lookin’ pretty good. Tomatoes, peppers, melons, squash, and snap beans are arriving and the brassicas are going under (although we’ve been having a pretty good time working the broccoli plants to see just how long we can keep ’em going this season).
So let’s see – we’ve missed ‘In the Crate’ posts for what, 5-6 weeks now? Well, we’re not gonna try to go back through each week but we will try to be more timely going forward.
Okay. So there’s a short & sweet web post. Now, I can go back into the field and do some weeding without feeling so terribly guilty about not updating the site. 🙂
